No. This is a server-side signature service: the signature is added after sending. We’ll demonstrate the recipient’s experience during your pilot.
We can recreate a design using native TruSender layouts and your original assets. We review the result with you; it is not a guaranteed pixel-perfect import of a proprietary template.
Microsoft 365 normally queues routed messages and retries. Delivery may be delayed. Your administrator has an emergency routing-disable option.
Messages in the configured routing scope are eligible. Some protected or unsupported message formats may be bypassed or deferred. We’ll review those cases during setup.
